Smokin' King features Premium smoked meats and fixin's cooked "Delta Style", over a real fire. We use Hickory and Pecan to yield a rich flavor without overpowering even the most delicate meats. We cook lo'and slo' which means utilizing a low temperature and longer cooking time to allow the meat to retain it's natural juices and soak up the smoke flavor. Our meat is cooked to health dept safe temperatures while remaining pink and pretty!!! Our spices are custom blended from a over 30 year old recipe. Not hot, not sweet, just perfect.
